Instruction for use
• • Inspect cylinder body for cracks, sand holes and air-leakage defects before assembly, thoroughly clean inner bore and all mounting surfaces
• Protect cylinder inner surface strictly to avoid scratch and bump damage during handling and installation
• Install sealing rings and gaskets correctly, ensure each joint surface fits well to prevent compressed air leakage
• Tighten mounting bolts diagonally and evenly, do not apply excessive torque to prevent cylinder deformation
• Keep good cooling system condition when equipment runs, avoid over-heating which will shorten service life
• Regularly check for air leakage, surface temperature and bolt tightness in daily operation
