1.Inspect casting before installation. Ensure no cracks, porosity or sand holes; keep flange face and bearing bore free of collision damage.
2.Place bearing in correct position during assembly. Tighten flange bolts diagonally and evenly at specified torque; avoid one-sided force.
3.Install sealing gasket on flange mating surface to prevent lubricant leakage.
4.Prohibit long-term overload operation; avoid heavy impact load which may cause flange cracking.
5.Protect machined surfaces against moisture and rust during storage.
