Made of QT450-10 ductile iron and processed by CNC precision machining, this gearbox housing combines high strength and excellent toughness with great resistance to impact and alternating vibration, avoiding brittle fracture. Instruction for use
1.Inspect the housing before installation. Make sure there are no casting defects such as porosity, sand holes or cracks; bearing bores and flange surfaces shall be free of collision damage.
2.Ensure fitting accuracy of shafts, bearings and gears during assembly. Tighten bolts diagonally and evenly at specified torque to avoid excessive local stress on housing.
3.Fill with lubricating oil as required after assembly. No no-load operation without oil or overload operation is allowed.
4.Avoid long-term over-load and shock overload during equipment operation to prevent housing cracking.
5.Store in moisture-proof and dust-proof environment. Protect machined surfaces of flanges and bearing bores against rust and impact.
