Changlong Machinery Factory
Changlong Machinery Factory was founded in the 1990s and is a comprehensive manufacturing enterprise specializing in lost foam casting and precision machining. Through over 20 years of steady development, the enterprise has grown from a small workshop in its early days into a large-scale, established casting and machining manufacturer with two production plants and nearly 100 employees.
The factory covers a total area of 50 mu (approx. 33,333 m²) with a building floor area of 18,000 m² and total assets of nearly 30 million RMB. It is equipped with two automated lost foam casting production lines and over 50 CNC machining units, 80% of which are imported high-precision machines from brands such as Mazak, Okuma, and Mori Seiki. With stable and reliable production capacity, the annual output of lost foam castings reaches 10,000 tons, fully meeting the high-volume, high-precision production demands of domestic and international customers.
In terms of quality control, Changlong Machinery has a standardized physicochemical laboratory equipped with advanced testing instruments such as spectrometers, metallurgical microscopes, universal tensile testing machines, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and tool presetters. These enable complete and accurate testing of casting composition, metallographic structure, mechanical properties, and machining precision, ensuring full-process quality control from raw materials to finished products.
In recent years, the company has actively engaged in industry-university-research collaboration with institutions such as Zhejiang University City College, continuously enhancing its technological R&D and process innovation capabilities. This ongoing effort has advanced the level of lost foam casting and precision machining, keeping the enterprise at the forefront of the industry.
