Casting Process Customization
Utilizes the lost foam casting process (full mold casting), suitable for complex-shaped, thin-walled, and parting-line-free castings, reducing flash and burrs. Casting dimensional accuracy can reach CT7–CT9 grades.
Material Customization
Capable of producing gray cast iron, ductile cast iron, alloy cast iron, and other materials to meet requirements for strength, wear resistance, and heat resistance under different working conditions.
Machining Precision Customization
Relying on 50 imported CNC machines from Mazak, Okuma, Mori Seiki, and others, we provide precision machining services including turning, milling, boring, drilling, and tapping, achieving machining accuracy up to IT6–IT7 grades.
Specification & Drawing Customization
Produce non-standard parts (such as construction machinery parts, automotive components, pump and valve housings, agricultural machinery parts, etc.) based on customer-provided drawings, samples, or 3D models.
Batch Customization
