Application scenarios
English The gray iron pump housing serves as the main pressure-bearing shell of the pump and forms a sealed flow channel for medium transportation. It is widely used in water supply & drainage pumps, mud pumps, hydraulic pumps for construction machinery and industrial transfer pumps. It bears fluid pressure, guides flowing medium and protects internal impeller assemblies. It is not suitable for long-term operation under highly corrosive media, high-pressure impact or ultra-high temperature conditions.

Instruction for use
1.Inspect the pump housing before installation. Ensure no cracks, porosity, sand holes or deformation, and flange surfaces and mounting holes are free of collision damage.
2.Lay the sealing gasket flat during assembly. Tighten bolts diagonally and evenly at specified torque to avoid cracking caused by uneven stress.
3.Make sure the pipeline is unobstructed before trial operation. Long-time dry running without medium is strictly prohibited.
4.Suitable for conveying conventional media such as clean water and mud. Long-term transportation of highly corrosive and ultra-high temperature fluid is not recommended.
5.Keep moisture-proof during storage. Protect machined flange surfaces to prevent rust and impact.
