The ductile iron centralizer is a rigid centralizing component. It is mainly used for oil-gas well cementing to centralize casing. It is also applied for pipe string positioning in hydrological, geothermal drilling and underground pipeline projects to reduce sucker rod-tubing wear. It is not suitable for high-curvature horizontal wells, highly corrosive or ultra-high-temperature deep wells. It has straight-vane and spiral-vane designs, and the spiral-vane type works better for cement slurry agitation.

Instruction for use
1.Inspect the centralizer before installation. Ensure no crack, damage or deformation, and its dimension matches the casing specification.
2.Fit the centralizer onto the outer wall of casing and fasten it at designed spacing to avoid displacement during running-in.
3.Lower the casing steadily during downhole operation. Avoid violent lifting or dropping to prevent damage from heavy impact.
4.This product is designed for cementing in oil & gas drilling. Do NOT apply it to high-curvature horizontal wells, highly-corrosive wells or ultra-high-temperature deep wells.
5.Store in moisture-proof condition. Avoid long-term open-air stacking which may damage the rust-proof layer.
