The gray cast iron air compressor cylinder block is the core pressure-bearing housing of air compressor. It accommodates rotors, pistons and other components to form compression chamber, withstand gas pressure and working vibration, widely used in industrial air compression equipment

1.Inspect cylinder block before assembly. Ensure no cracks, porosity or sand holes; inner cavity and flange sealing surface shall be free of collision damage.
2.Keep sealing surface clean during assembly, install sealing gasket properly, tighten bolts evenly according to torque requirement.
3.Connect pipelines firmly in accordance with air compressor assembly specifications.
4.Operate within rated pressure range, over-pressure operation is forbidden.
5.Keep moisture-proof in storage. Protect inner cavity and flange sealing surface against rust and collision.
