The ductile iron cycloidal gear is the core transmission part of cycloidal pin-wheel reducer. It meshes with pin teeth to realize reduction transmission under large torque, widely used in heavy-load reduction parts of agricultural machinery and construction machinery.

Instruction for use
1.Inspect cycloidal gear before assembly. Ensure no cracks, porosity, sand holes or deformation; tooth surface and internal spline shall be free of collision damage.
2.Clean tooth surface and pin holes before assembly to remove iron scraps and impurities.
3.Use in pairs, assemble with pin-wheel housing and eccentric sleeve following assembly specifications.
4.Operate within reducer rated torque range, overload operation is forbidden.
5.Keep moisture-proof during storage. Protect tooth surface and spline from impact and rust.
