The ductile iron driven fixed sheave is the fixed cone component of harvester stepless V-belt pulley. It works together with driven movable sheave to adjust V-belt working diameter for stepless walking speed regulation. It is widely matched with walking transmission assembly of various harvesting machinery.

1.Inspect the fixed sheave before assembly. Ensure no cracks, porosity, sand holes or deformation; cone surface and mounting holes shall be free of collision damage.
2.Keep mating surface clean during installation, tighten bolts diagonally and evenly.
3.Assemble as a complete set with driven movable sheave, spring and V-belt in accordance with assembly requirements.
4.Applied for harvester walking stepless speed-change mechanism, operate under rated working condition.
5.Keep moisture-proof in storage. Protect cone surface from collision and rust.
