The ductile iron driven movable sheave is the sliding cone part of harvester stepless V-belt pulley. It cooperates with fixed sheave to change V-belt working diameter for stepless walking speed regulation. It is widely used in walking transmission system of various harvesting machinery.

1.Inspect the movable sheave before assembly. Ensure no cracks, porosity, sand holes or deformation; cone surface and shaft bore shall be free of collision damage.
2.Keep sliding parts clean and apply grease during assembly to ensure flexible axial movement.
3.Assemble with fixed sheave, spring and V-belt, control spring preload according to assembly requirements.
4.Applied for harvester walking stepless speed-change mechanism, operate under rated working condition.
5.Keep moisture-proof during storage. Protect cone surface and shaft bore against collision and rust.
