1.Inspect the header direction-change gearbox housing before assembly. Ensure no cracks, porosity, sand holes or deformation; flanges and bearing bores shall be free of collision damage.
2.Fit sealing gaskets, tighten connecting bolts diagonally and evenly at specified torque.
3.After installing transmission parts, confirm flexible rotation without jamming and fill with specified-grade lubricating oil.
4.Applied for harvester header transmission mechanism, operate under rated load of equipment.
5.Keep moisture-proof during storage. Protect machined sealing surfaces against rust and impact damage.
