1.Inspect the air compressor housing before assembly. Ensure no cracks, porosity, sand holes or deformation; mounting surfaces and bearing bores shall be free of collision damage.
2.Fit sealing gaskets, tighten connecting bolts diagonally and evenly at specified torque.
3.After installing crankshaft and other transmission components, confirm flexible rotation without jamming and fill with specified-grade lubricating oil.
4.Suitable for small reciprocating air compressors, operate according to equipment rated parameters.
5.Keep moisture-proof during storage. Protect machined sealing surfaces against rust and impact damage.
