1.Inspect the air compressor housing before assembly. Ensure no cracks, porosity, sand holes or deformation; flanges and bearing bores shall be free of collision damage.
2.Fit sealing gaskets, tighten connecting bolts diagonally and evenly at specified torque.
3.After installing crankshaft-connecting rod assembly, confirm flexible transmission rotation without jamming and fill with specified-grade lubricating oil.
4.Suitable for reciprocating air compressors, operate in accordance with equipment rated parameters.
5.Keep moisture-proof during storage. Protect machined sealing surfaces against rust and impact damage.
