The ductile iron right-angle gearbox housing is the main load-bearing shell of right-angle transmission gearbox. Gears and bearings are installed inside to realize 90-degree power direction change. It is not suitable for long-term service in highly-corrosive environment or sustained over-load impact conditions.

1.Inspect the right-angle gearbox housing before assembly. Ensure no cracks, porosity, sand holes or deformation; flanges and bearing bores shall be free of collision damage.
2.Fit sealing gaskets, tighten connecting bolts diagonally and evenly at specified torque to prevent oil leakage.
3.After assembling transmission parts, confirm flexible rotation without jamming and fill with specified-grade lubricating oil.
4.Suitable for right-angle transmission of construction machinery and agricultural machinery. Long-term overload and impact operation are prohibited.
5.Store in moisture-proof condition. Protect machined surfaces to avoid rust and impact damage.
