The gray cast iron air compressor cylinder head is a core component of reciprocating air compressors. It integrates air passages and cooling fins, seals the upper part of the cylinder and cooperates with valve assemblies to realize air compression. It is widely used in industrial reciprocating air compressors and air compressors matched for construction machinery. It is not suitable for long-term continuous operation under highly corrosive gas or ultra-high temperature conditions.

1.Inspect the cylinder before assembly. Ensure no cracks, porosity, sand holes or deformation; the inner cylinder wall and flange sealing surface shall be free of scratches and impact damage.
2.Assemble piston components and seals, connect with matched cylinder head. Tighten bolts diagonally and evenly at specified torque.
3.Keep cooling fins clean during operation to avoid reduced heat dissipation caused by accumulated dust and oil.
4.Suitable for standard reciprocating air compressors. Overpressure and prolonged continuous overload operation are prohibited.
5.Store under moisture-proof conditions. Protect precision-machined cylinder bore surface to avoid rust and impact damage。
