The gray cast iron cylinder head is a critical pressure-bearing component of internal combustion engines, equipped with intake and exhaust mounting structures inside and cooling fins for auxiliary heat dissipation. It is mostly used in diesel engines, high-power air-cooled internal combustion engines and construction machinery power units. It bears cylinder firing pressure, seals the combustion chamber and accommodates air passages and valve seats. It is not suitable for long-term service in high-speed small gasoline engines requiring extreme lightweight or highly corrosive conditions.

1.Inspect the cylinder head before assembly. Ensure no cracks, porosity, sand holes or deformation; sealing surfaces and mounting holes shall be free of collision damage.
2.Install cylinder gasket during assembly. Tighten bolts diagonally and evenly in multiple steps at specified torque to avoid sealing failure and air leakage.
3.Keep cooling fins unobstructed during operation. Prevent debris accumulation which will reduce heat dissipation efficiency.
4.Suitable for conventional diesel engines and high-power air-cooled internal combustion engines. Long-term overload and over-temperature operation are prohibited.
5.Store under moisture-proof conditions. Protect machined sealing surfaces to avoid rust and impact damage.
