Investment casting, also known as lost wax casting, is suitable for producing small parts with complex shapes and high precision requirements, such as turbine engine blades.
Die casting: Using high pressure to press molten metal into the precision metal mold cavity at high speed, forming castings, suitable for large-scale production, with good economic benefits.
Low pressure casting: Fill the mold with liquid metal under lower pressure and crystallize under pressure to form castings, suitable for various alloys and castings of various sizes.
Centrifugal casting: pouring molten metal into a rotating mold, filling the mold with centrifugal force to solidify and form, suitable for producing hollow castings and composite metal castings such as cylinders and sleeves.
Metal mold casting: Liquid metal is filled into a metal mold under the action of gravity and cooled and solidified in the mold to obtain castings. It is suitable for mass production of complex shaped non-ferrous alloy castings.
Lost foam casting: the wax or foam models similar to the size and shape of the castings are bonded to form a model cluster, painted with fire-resistant paint and dried, buried in dry quartz sand for vibration molding, poured under negative pressure to vaporize the model, and liquid metal takes up the position of the model and solidifies and cools to form a casting, which is suitable for producing precision castings of various sizes with complex structures.
Continuous casting: The molten metal is continuously poured into a special metal mold, and the solidified casting is continuously pulled out from the other end of the crystallizer to obtain castings of any length or specific length, suitable for casting long castings with unchanged cross-sectional shape.
