Instruction for use
• Inspect the housing for cracks, sand holes and casting defects before assembly, clean all bearing seats and mating surfaces thoroughly
• Protect bearing seat holes to avoid scratch and bump damage in handling and installation process
• Install bearings, shaft parts and sealing components in correct sequence, guarantee assembly clearance meets technical requirements
• Tighten cover-plate bolts diagonally and evenly, avoid excessive torque leading to housing deformation
• Check lubrication channel is unobstructed before commissioning, ensure sufficient lubrication for internal transmission parts
• Regularly check bolt tightness, oil leakage and housing temperature during equipment operation
